Are you passionate about helping others and providing top-notch customer service? HeyPanda is seeking a Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their inquiries and providing guidance on our credit rebuilding solutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide information about HeyPanda’s services and guide customers through the onboarding process.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the HeyPanda team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and customer-focused attitude.

Are you a talented React JavaScript programmer with a passion for creating user-friendly web applications? HeyPanda is looking for a React JavaScript Programmer to join our development team. In this role, you will collaborate with our software engineers and designers to build and maintain web applications that empower our clients on their financial journey.
- Develop, test, and maintain user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues as they arise.
- Proven experience as a React JavaScript programmer.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Knowledge of modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
